Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel within Vancouver, WA and the immediate Portland metro area is included in all packages. For locations outside this area, I charge a small travel fee based on distance (usually $0.50–$1 per mile round trip). I’ll always give you a clear quote upfront during our consultation so there are no surprises.
Do you travel for weddings outside of Washington?
Yes! I’m happy to travel for weddings and portrait sessions around the Pacific Northwest, including parts of northern California. Travel fees and any overnight costs (if needed) will be quoted clearly during your consultation. Just let me know your vision and location — I’d love to make it happen. Don't worry if your wedding is taking place outside the great PNW. I'm happy to travel nationally to wherever your wedding may be, and any travel and overnight costs will be itemized and broken down during your consultation.
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
Absolutely. Every couple and family is different, so I’m always open to customizing packages. Whether you need more time, a second shooter, specific coverage (first look, bridal party, etc.), or a unique combination of portrait + wedding coverage, just tell me what you’re dreaming of and I’ll create a custom package that works for your budget and vision.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
You’ll receive your fully edited online gallery within 2–3 weeks after your session, or 4-8 weeks after your wedding day. I prioritize getting your images back to you as quickly as possible while still delivering the quality you deserve. Rush editing is available for an additional fee if you need them sooner.
